Rosé des champs

INGREDIENTS

 

1.5 oz red Rouge Gorge Vermouth
0.75 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2 strawberries
4 blackberries
Domaine Lafrance Mousseux Rosé sparkling cider
Garnish: Strawberries and blackberries

PREPARATION

 

  1. Muddle strawberries and blackberries in a shaker with a pestle.
  2. Add red Rouge Gorge and lime juice to the shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for approximately ten seconds.
  4. Double strain in an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes through a fine-mesh strainer.
  5. Top with rosé cider.
  6. Garnish with sliced strawberries and whole blackberries.
