Garnishing’s: Rosemary sprig

PREPARATION

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker except for the tonic water.
  2. Add ice cubes then shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Top off with tonic water.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

*Vanilla syrup

½ cup of sugar
½ cup of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

In a saucepan, pour the water and sugar. Bring to simmer and heat until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the vanilla extract and mix. Let it rest then pour the syrup into an airtight container.
