The Winery

The Vignoble Lafrance is composed of more than 4000 vine plants. We cultivate Frontenac red, white and grey grapes and the Sabrevois grape. This crop is used exclusively for the production of our fine spirits,

such as our Dandy Gin, made from apple, pear and grape eau-de-vie as well as our Marc de raisins eau-de-vie, available exclusively at the property.

The Cider House / Distillery

Since the early 2000s, Domaine Lafrance has been offering a wide selection of ciders and spirits, all made respecting the artisan tradition. With the richness and quality of the products come the creativity

and know-how of the producer and his team. Our equipment makes it possible to produce top quality alcohols from crops grown on our land.

The Distillery

In 2013, the Domaine Lafrance acquired an alembic, making it the first agrotourism company in Canada to own such specialized top-notch equipment. The Stupfler Alembic, made in Bordeaux, France, allows us to produce premium quality eaux-de-vie with great finesse.

It is possible to visit our Cider House and Distillery during our various seasonal activities, on reservation only. (Minimum 12 people)
