Dandy Sangria

  • 500 ml of white win
  • 100 ml of Dandy gin
  • 100 ml of fresh lemon juice
  • 100 ml of ginger syrup*
  • Soda

Garnishing’s: 1 lemon slice, ¼ cup of blueberries, and 6 sprigs of thyme.

PEPARATION

  1. Fill a pitcher halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into the pitcher, finishing with the soda.
  3. Add toppings and mix.
  4. Serve in a glass filled with ice cubes.

*Ginger syrup

½ cup of sugar
½ cup of water
5 pieces of fresh ginger

In a saucepan, pour the water and sugar. Bring it to simmer and heat until the sugar has completely dissolved. Pour the syrup into a blender and add the ginger, then blend until the ginger is completely crushed. Let it rest then strain the syrup using a sieve. Pour the syrup into an airtight container.
