1.5 oz of Dandy Gin
0.5 oz of fresh orange juice
0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz of honey syrup [1 part honey: 1 part boiling water]
Soda

Garnishing’s: orange slice

PEPARATION

Pour the Dandy Gin, orange juice, lemon juice and honey syrup into a highball glass.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Top off with the soda then mix with bar spoon.
Garnish with an orange slice.
