Spritz du verger

INGREDIENTS

 

1 oz red Rouge Gorge Vermouth

0.75 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

3 dashes Angostura Orange Bitter

Sparkling Domaine Lafrance apple juice

Garnish: Half a slice of grapefruit

PREPARATION

 

  1. Pour vermouth, grapefruit juice and bitter in a wine glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Top up with sparkling apple juicE.
  3. Mix with a spoon.
  4. Garnish with a half slice of grapefruit.
