Prunelle Du Lac

  • 1.5 oz of sloe Gin Dandy
  • 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz of orgeat syrup
  • 1 fresh fig
  • Tonic water

PEPARATION

  1. Crush the fig in the shaker using a pestle.
  2. Pour the Dandy sole gin, lemon juice and barley syrup into the shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes then shake vigorously.
  4. Double filter into a highball glass filled with ice using a fine strainer.
  5. Top off with tonic water.
  6. Garnish with a slice of fig.
