Raspberry Vermouth

Garnishing’s: Mint head

PEPARATION

  1. Pour all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker except for the soda.
  2. Add ice cubes then shake vigorously.
  3. Double strain into a glass filled with ice cubes using a fine strainer.
  4. Top off with the soda.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

*Cinnamon syrup

½ cup of water
½ cup of sugar
4 cinnamon sticks

In a saucepan, pour both the water and sugar. Bring it to simmer and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Reduce heat to low and let the cinnamon infuse for ten minutes. Then cool and strain the cinnamon sticks using a sieve. Pour the syrup into an airtight container.
